Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and update accurate and complete Work Instructions for the Manufacturing team for all products manufactured, configured, and packaged at BEA Inc.’s Pittsburgh operation.
Conduct Incoming and Outgoing Goods Inspection, supporting the lead inspector as needed.
Support upgrades and troubleshoot Test Equipment used in the Pittsburgh Manufacturing operations.
Conduct and prepare reports for tests requested by customers for in-warranty product problems.
Provide training and support for the Production team for quality-related process steps and other topics as needed.
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required, with demonstrated level of technical capability and responsibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Expert-level expertise in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Word.
Demonstrated capability as a self-starter in a hands-on environment is required.
